Main principle of the Throat Chakra: Communication
The Throat Chakra is the fifth of the seven major chakras: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye / Brow, and Crown.
Remember that each of these chakras has a front and back! Clear both sides separately and equally for greater results.

The Throat is the communication chakra - the chakra through which we communicate our needs, our loves, our spirit. When this chakra is closed, or not functioning correctly, we are either unable to tell people how we really feel (if it is underactive), or we tell people too much! (if it is overactive)
This chakra is also about our ability to listen, as there must always be a balance between how much we speak and how much we listen.
But ultimately, let your soul sing through this chakra!
Location
The Throat Chakra is located at the base of the throat.
Colour healing
The primary colour connected with this chakra is blue (generally sky blue). Often turquoise is also right for this chakra. Sometimes dark blue stones or amethyst are required.

The musical note connected with this chakra is 'G'.
